Finals coming up

I haven't forgotten to update my blog, I've just been busy with the end of the semester nearing. Finals are coming up which had gotten in the way of my progress with exercise. I hadn't gone to the gym for a week but, I finally got back to it this past week. And I am happy to report that so far, just in the past 2 days actually, I am down 2lbs! All together so far I have lost about 5 or so. Nothing has really changed with my workouts, I haven't added anything yet. Just cardio, strength training, and diet. After the semester finally ends I will start mixing up my routine and should have more interesting things to share with all of you.
