Quick update!

Hey everyone. So, I haven't uploaded the pics yet. Sorry!! I have been trying to keep up with everything (school, working out, etc). I have had a lot of stress this week with just my personal life. Trying to balance my problems with everything else going on gets incredibly stressful, which contributes to my weight gain/lack of loss. But, I took Saturday off because of pain. And Sunday, I wasn't going to do anything because it hurt to wear regular shoes but I got so bored and antsy that I couldn't stand it. So I went to the gym, did some cardio and then I worked on upper body. It has been awhile since I was able to make my arms sore, but Monday they were hurtin! It was the good pain though, so I was happy about it.
I used the free weights and also did bench dips (I think that is what they are called). And then on Monday I did some pilates exercises for my core.
That's all I really have for you right now. I had a fabulous dinner last night. I made tacos using ground turkey, and I added some mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and a fresh salsa made of crushed tomato and onion. I'm usually not a big fan of homemade tacos but, these were amazing! I think it was the salsa that really gave them that extra flavor, so if you are looking for something new to try, there ya go! =) BTW I do not use the taco packet seasoning, I am not a big fan of salt and those things are way too salty for my taste. I flavor my meat with my own seasonings, which are pretty much basic things that any of you should have in your kitchen (pepper, garlic powder, season salt, etc).
